01What is included in the monthly price?
Your quote sets out the equipment, consumables, maintenance, support and any exclusions. Nothing is included until it is written in your agreement.
02Why are there no prices on this page?
Every office prints differently. We price each setup from your device brief and monthly volume, so the number you see is the number that applies to you.
03How long is the rental agreement?
Minimum term, deposits, setup fees, cancellation and return or upgrade rules are confirmed in your quote.
04What happens if my printer needs help?
Your quote defines how to contact support, the available hours, response targets and the replacement policy.
05What if I don’t know how much we print?
Start with “Not sure yet” and tell us about your work. Your device brief captures the requirements you know, and we work out the rest together.
