Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the Print365 quote form, and what you can ask us to do with them.

Who is responsible

Print365 is a service of STAR Co d.o.o. Sarajevo, Đoke Mazalića 2, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (JIB 4201967180009). We are the controller of the personal data you send through this website. Contact us about privacy at info@starco.ba or +387 61 912 129.

What we collect

• The details you type into the quote form: company, contact name, work email, telephone (optional) and anything you add in the message field.
• The device-brief answers you choose, such as paper size or approximate pages per month.
• Technical data that our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address and browser type.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in the message field.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer that you asked for. This is a step you request before a possible contract. We use technical data to keep the website secure and available, which is our legitimate interest. We do not use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell them.

Who receives it

When you send the form, our website forwards your enquiry by email to the STAR Co team at info@starco.ba. The website and the email forwarding run on Cloudflare, which acts as our service provider. Your enquiry is not stored on the website itself. Cloudflare may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina under its own safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and prepare an offer. If you become a customer, we keep the related records for as long as the law requires. If no agreement follows, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email info@starco.ba and we will answer. If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba).

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
